We purchased this steel riser in order to put the cable box beneath the 26" LCD Flat Screen TV. The cable box fits perfectly beneath. The riser's flat surface is perforated so that the heat generated from the cable box can rise upward. The LCD flat screen is up high enough to avoid getting over heated from the device just below. This product works great!

The riser is sturdy but the height isn't high enough to get more than a flat keyboard underneath it

Excellent rugged solution

I needed something to protect my laptap. I dock the laptop under the printer. This was a great solution. Just wish it was a little wider or could adjust another inch or two.

Disappointing

The stand is kinda flimsy and when I use a printer on the same desk the entire stand (and therefore monitor) shake significantly giving me an uncomfortable feeling that they may not hold

This product ROCKS!

We use it to hold up my girl friend's mom's Sony 26" LCD TV above the cable box. The perforated surface allows any heat to rise out of the cable box. The LCD TV is high enough over the Cable box that hardly any heat reaches it. Lets just say I am pleased with this product! = )
