[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I purchased the high yield cartridge I was told it would last for 6500 copies it did not last two weeks and when I called I got no satisfaction from sales or tech support. This was true for the cyan cartridge as well but the yellow and black are still almost full. Very dissatisfied in the product and no one to contact.

Price is horribly exorbitant. I haven't even installed them yet but when I do, they should last 6 years for the money I paid. I should have researched the price of the cartridges before purchasing printer.
