[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this smart toilet a month ago. The bidet spray wand did not work properly. Vovo support responded to my emails quickly and gave me a direct phone number to a service gentlemen named Kevin. Kevin was very helpful. He used Facetime on our cell phones to walk me through removing the cover to the electronics and also check for proper wire connections. Kevin was very patient and kind. Kevin determined the replacement part needed and then shipped it to my home address later that day. I will definitely purchase Vovo toilets again.

Best bidet toilet with so many features

Besides how easy it was to install and even having a live person to chat with when I couldn’t get some functions to work. Anna knew exactly what to tell me to do and it worked immediately while she was waiting for me to reset and follow her instructions. Love this toilet and this company.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I do not normally write reviews on products. But I must say this product and this company are top notch. The toilet is beautiful and functions just as it is advertised. I found the customer service at this company to be exceptional. I purchased my TCB090SA in July of 2022 and kept it boxed to protect it. Because of construction delays, the toilet could not be installed until April of 2023. When it was unboxed, to my dismay the bottom of the toilet was broken. I immediately called VOVO USA and spoke to Ella. She requested pictures of the broken toilet which I provided. To my delight, they shipped another bottom half of the toilet to me free of charge. This is the way everyone should treat customers!

We purchased the VOVO smart toilet for my elderly parents, and it has made their lives so much easier. The automated features, like the lid opening and closing and the gentle cleanse, provide both comfort and independence. It’s a thoughtful gift for aging loved ones.
