[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is one of the best companies that I have ever dealt with. They stand behind their product. I bought my 3 toilets directly from them and I could not have gotten better service and support. One of the toilets was broken and they sent a replacement immediately before I sent mine back. I love the product and it has been very reliable once you get a hang of it's operation.

Exactly what we were looking for! If are looking for a smart toilet, definitely consider VOVO. Definitely recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I researched Smart Toilets for over a year; TOTO, Kohler, etc. I have traveld extensively and came across TOTO most of the time but was intrigued by VOVO. I bought 3 09SA's and could not be happier! Plumber said installation was easier than a normal toilet. Has all the features of mid-tier TOTO at a much better price! We are incredbly happy with our VOVO's their features and incredible value! Great service from the coprporate US team! Many Thanks!
