[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We can’t get the auto open/close to work. We will be calling customer service. I wish the lights on the remote would stay on longer. Once you select a feature the lights immediately go off.

I really like the styling. Very sleek clean look. I did a complete reno on my en suite bathroom and wanted top quality and I feel I got it with the toilet. I had a couple of issues and contacted Vovo HQ in California. Natcha on the front line was absolutely outstanding. I then was sent to speak to Kevin, one of the techs. OMG this man was absolutely sensational. He is so knowledgeable and engaging. Kevin solved my issue and by the end of our call I was so delighted with my results and my interaction with Vovo I always recommend this Vovo Bidet toilet. The service was top drawer!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought two of these toilets and they are the best investment ever. Everything about the design is so well thought out, I like that the shape is comfortable and the swirl of the flush cleans/empties the bowl fully without leaving any debris. One of the toilets has trouble opening all the way up; the technician was very kind and was able to walk me through the troubleshooting steps over the phone
