Best bidet toilet with so many features

Besides how easy it was to install and even having a live person to chat with when I couldn’t get some functions to work. Anna knew exactly what to tell me to do and it worked immediately while she was waiting for me to reset and follow her instructions. Love this toilet and this company.

Troubleshooting help with Kevin

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this smart toilet a month ago. The bidet spray wand did not work properly. Vovo support responded to my emails quickly and gave me a direct phone number to a service gentlemen named Kevin. Kevin was very helpful. He used Facetime on our cell phones to walk me through removing the cover to the electronics and also check for proper wire connections. Kevin was very patient and kind. Kevin determined the replacement part needed and then shipped it to my home address later that day. I will definitely purchase Vovo toilets again.

Everything about the design is so well thought out, I like that the shape is comfortable and the swirl of the flush cleans/empties the bowl fully without leaving any debris. One of the toilets has trouble opening all the way up; the technician was very kind and was able to walk me through the troubleshooting steps over the phone
