[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this product but it came with a metal valve that did not fit with the plastic end in my toilet. A quick Chat with Anna solved the issue. She asked specific and to the point questions and even sent me the tracking number and the ETA to receive a replacement while I was waiting on the chat. An example of a great customer service
