I love all the features, the setup was easy, and everything works like it should but we overed the 'Round' not elongated. If you have an elongated toilet i think you should be okay but with a "round" toilet the bidet is just too bulky against the water reservoir that if you're a male (i'm only 5'6") i need to lean forward quite a bit or hold my junk back to keep it from touching the porcelain...

She asked specific and to the point questions and even sent me the tracking number and the ETA to receive a replacement while I was waiting on the chat. An example of a great customer service
