Hood is beautiful. I've already received multiple compliments on it. It is definitely industrial strength and does a great job of pulling air up and out which was the number one reason i chose this brand/model. (I cook a lot)
It is a little bit loud and the light is not as bright as my old one was. The light also only has one setting of on or off - no in between. Love that the filters are dishwasher friendly.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Bought this about a month ago. This is the highest quality piece of appliance I’ve owned over the last 20 years. Construction is top notch in every way. It’s the only vent fan that installs in all three possible exhaust venting configurations. All metal construction. No cheap plastics. Very quiet, and very powerful. Lighting is good too.

Finally got this fan installed and it works well and removes the smoke with ease. I do have 2 issues. The first one is that it’s just not as quite as I hoped for. Even on low there is a very annoying drone. The other issue is merely cosmetic. I checked for damage before I installed the fan and everything looked fine other than finger prints all over it from the factory or maybe it was unboxed before... After the final install I removed the plastic film over the touch screen and then noticed a 1/4 long scratch right under the screen that I couldn’t see because it was blocked by the film. It’s definitely an eyesore since it can easily be seen. It’s disappointing but things happen.
I would recommend this to a friend!
