Love coffee maker, but I think my hard water & I think that may be harder on it then usual, but they tell me to use tap water. I love it though & I love their customer service

This coffee makes coffee that is too strong. I use Dark Magic because I llike it strong, but this coffee make makes too strong. This is a replacement for the first one so I am convinced it is because of the design.

This machine is doing the same thing. When it first starts there is water only coming out for the first ten seconds and a very loud noise. Then it will make the coffee. I have requested a different machine, which they have done nothing about. I have had several of these coffee makers in the pass and none of them have ever done this.
