I just bought this machine to replace my 2.0. Nothing wrong with the old machine but my husband really liked the sleek, compact look of this new machine. We also liked the larger water reservoir and the 12 oz brewing option. We’ve now used it for 2 weeks and have definitely experienced the brewing issues as described in many of these reviews. Basically, when the extra needles don’t all puncture the pod, water spills outside of the pod and you get water pouring in your cup along with the coffee. At this point, the coffee is ruined and you have to start over. We think we have remedied the problem by being more forceful when we close down on the pod. It works most of the time. This is definitely a design issue.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have only owned this coffee pot a little over a month and its working great. The service from KERIG IS OUT STANDING..I have delt wi;th them on other coffdee makers.
Working great for my needs. Happy with Keurig and the coffee flavor .

I bought this new multi stream excited that it was going to make more flavorful coffee being that it saturated the pod. It does punch many holes in the pod and does produce much water but the outcome is water spraying everywhere and most of what was in my cup was water. You could watch it stream a lot water in the cup and a small stream of coffee. A counter, machine, and cup clean up was much needed after every use. Good idea to saturate the pod, bad outcome to consume.

We really enjoy the multi-stream feature that delivers a more robust deep-flavored cup of coffee. As well, this coffee maker has a slimmer profile and is actually very attractive compared to all the previous coffee maker designs, it just looks great on our counter top.
