Sadly I just tossed my 3rd unit. It all began Feb 2022 1st unit purchased 2nd & 3rd units was replaced by Keurig under the warranty. Very short lived product, the pattern seems to relate to the descaling in my opinion. The 1st unit indicated descale in 3 months, went through the steps of descaling unit died, 2nd repeated after 4 months unit died, waited even longer on the 3rd unit, it wouldn't make a full cup of coffee therefore decided to do the descale, dead after 6 months. But I was prepared for it, already had purchased me another make & model coffee maker as a back up because dealing with the issues this K-Supreme Plus is ONE BIG HEADACHE!!! Keurig should fix the problem vs sending out units that is going fail over & over!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We have had Keurig coffee makers since they were introduced and this is the best one. It is compact so it doesn’t take up a lot of space. The design is great as well.

Bought this to replace an older model Keurig. I love the ability to adjust the strength and temp as well as the size over the older ones lesser adjustability. 60 seconds or less and I have a cup of Joe made to my specs. to face the day. Eat your heart out Starbucks!

This is my second supreme plus. The first stopped working but that was after almost 3 years. It’s really a great machine. The new one still has a metallic taste and hoping after several uses it will stop

I bought the K-Supreme Plus only 10 days ago and it worked for nine of them. The machine will not turn on. I believe there is an issue that affects many other buyers. I've seen helpful videos of people resetting internal parts but I don't want to take the brewer apart. If there is a known issue Keurig should recall the machine and fix the problem.
