I love the customizations for coffee brewing. I do wish the hottest setting could be hotter. Another issue, my 16oz cup will barely fit. I have to remove the drip tray, and it is still a tight fit. Over all, the Supreme is a major improvement over the original Keurig.

Splatters everywhere

I purchased this in a retail store and the top display never worked. Keurig customer service was GREAT and quickly replaced the whole coffee maker. I love it! Design takes up less space. The 3 levels for strength and temp are very nice features and presetting my choices to favorite 1 makes getting ready in the morning super simple.
