When closing the machine head where the 5 holes puncture the top of the pod, the machine fails to adequately open all 5 holes. Therefore, the water coming out of a few tips doesn't enter the coffee chamber and runs across top of pod. This happens with my preferred coffee choice Don Pablo pods.. Any other pods with thinner paper to puncture is fine.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This was a replacement for the previous replacement of the original coffee maker. Love love love this Keurig! Has a really nice large water reservoir & has a great selection of sizes and Strength & temperature. Only problem that has happened with the 2 previous machines is that when I try to descale (using procedures in manual), the machine does not work afterwards. Keurig is a great company. They stand by their products and replaced the machines.

Warranty replacement service great-coffeemaker OK

I bought the K-Supreme Plus in April. I was disappointed with it-slow to brew and coffee wasn't great. It stopped working in July. Customer service and the warranty return process were great. The new coffeemaker works fine...still a bit slow to brew but the coffee is good and strong.
