Wonderful for convenience. If you want to use your own ground coffee, make sure you get the right reusable filter. It has to have 5 holes in the lid.

We upgraded to this model after many years. The K-Supreme Plus not only looks great but is much quieter. Since the K cup is punctured 5 times instead of one, the coffee is more flavorful. Very pleased with the upgrade.

We love the newest model!! The additional holes added to get all the flavor out are a wonderful addition to an already excellent product. Full disclosure, we did have a little trouble with our first one. We completely enjoyed it for almost two months and then after we descaled it, it stopped working. We called Customer Support and a very nice representative walked us through a few things to try to get it going again, but nothing worked. So she asked us to send her a scan of our receipt & they would get a replacement out as soon as they could. That was the longest week of our lives!! We had no idea just how dependent we had become on our K-cups. We’ve had Keurig’s in our lives for more than 20 years, and even though the one we replaced was still working great when we bought its replacement, we no longer had it. After all, we never had a problem with a single machine we owned in 20 + years, so we were confident we never would. The new one has been working hard for us every single day since it arrived, and I hope we never have to do without one again. We are both still alive, & still married, but it was touch & go there for a bit....Get one!! You won’t be sorry!

Love the taste of the coffee with the multitude inlets to the pod. Just wish it was designed for a travel mug. Not having an automatic on time turns out to not be an issue because it heats & brews very quickly.

The best Keurig yet

I have owned Keurig’s for 10 years and this one is their best yet. It brews a great cup of coffee every time. The individualized settings make it easy and quick to brew different sizes, strengths and temperatures. When I heard it didn’t have a clock I was concerned but there is no need for one. It comes on instantly and shuts off itself when not used for several minutes. The handle makes filling the water reservoir easy. And the instructions on when it needs to be descaling are easy as well. Bravo, Keurig!
