We bought our first version of this before Christmas and within a few weeks, it just died. Wouldn’t restart and tried everything we could think of. Called support and they sent us a new one. It’s working but spreading grounds everywhere! In our cups, all over the machine, on the counter. For the price of this the only good feature is the larger water reservoir.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

My new Keurig coffeemaker bought for Thanksgiving malfunctioned. Spoke to lovely agent who helped me troubleshoot and opted to send a whole new machine! This machine is wonderful!! She could not have more understanding and helpful!!
We absolutely love this brewer! The multi stream feature really allows me to enjoy the full flavor of the coffee. I love the three person settings that can be programmed. It is so easy to set the strength, temperature, and size that is your favorite or regular so you can just hit the saved setting and the brew button. Brews fast and it is so quiet. I love that it turns off and it turns on when you lift the handle. Ready whenever you need it. The design of this machine is so nice on the counter. The water reservoir has a handle and a square shape making this so easy to refill. This is our fourth Keurig and this machine is the best!
We upgraded to this model after many years. The K-Supreme Plus not only looks great but is much quieter. Since the K cup is punctured 5 times instead of one, the coffee is more flavorful. Very pleased with the upgrade.
I have purchased several Keurigs in the past and saw the Supreme Plus advertised . We purchased it and we are very pleased with its performance. The coffee is hot and at a strength I like. I would wholeheartedly endorse this coffee maker
We love the newest model!! The additional holes added to get all the flavor out are a wonderful addition to an already excellent product. Full disclosure, we did have a little trouble with our first one. We completely enjoyed it for almost two months and then after we descaled it, it stopped working. We called Customer Support and a very nice representative walked us through a few things to try to get it going again, but nothing worked. So she asked us to send her a scan of our receipt & they would get a replacement out as soon as they could. That was the longest week of our lives!! We had no idea just how dependent we had become on our K-cups. We’ve had Keurig’s in our lives for more than 20 years, and even though the one we replaced was still working great when we bought its replacement, we no longer had it. After all, we never had a problem with a single machine we owned in 20 + years, so we were confident we never would. The new one has been working hard for us every single day since it arrived, and I hope we never have to do without one again. We are both still alive, & still married, but it was touch & go there for a bit....Get one!! You won’t be sorry!
