Styling is spot on, matches my stainless kitchen appliances perfectly. Bonus I thought the stainless would be colored plastic or super thin veneer. Wrong! On both. Also love the handle on the reservoir, easy to grip when filling. The coffee is perfectly brewed, and very satisfying to customize your cup! Highly recommend this brewer.

Over the years I have never owned anything but a Keurig. Every once in a while I will be somewhere and I will try other coffee makers and not hesitate to inform my host that they are truly missing out in great tasting coffee by not serving Keurig.

Not happy!

This unit is 1month old. Use nothing but distilled water. The display constantly says to ADD WATER even when full. The only way to get the unit to work is to unplug it and wait a few minutes. Not sure how the unit monitors water level as it does not have the floating magnetic disk as all my other units do. New system fails.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not 100% happy - Newer options not worth the cost

We switched from the Duo coffee maker after having issues with the carafe going out twice. We were happy to try this one. This coffee maker has 4 additional prongs surrounding the one in the middle to puncture the K-cup. These are not as sharp as the one in the middle. If you don't close down the top very firmly, it doesn't puncture all 5 holes. This results in coffee grounds to go everywhere. It has the ability to adjust the temperature to three settings. I don't believe the highest level is any hotter than a regular Keurig coffee maker. It also has the capability to set a personal setting. The manual does not have instructions how to do this.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Supreme Plus and Minus

Recently upgraded our Keurig to the Supreme Plus. The machine looks great, takes up less space on the counter, heats up water quicker and has 3 individual settings. All around an improvement, however, it spatters coffee spots onto the counter which needs to be cleaned with every cup brewed. If not for this issue I would rate this brewer 5 stars.
