Love all the features and how little space it takes up. Convenient removable water tank with handle and makes it so easy to get to mounted on the side of unit instead of in the back.
So far, we like it ! Much better than our old 2.0 which we discontinued using because coffee did not taste very good. Preferred to roast our own beans which I still do for lattes etc.
Bought this for my granddaughter but I am the one using it the most. Love the ease of operating and no more mess like with other types of coffee makers. I might add that the first one I received had a problem but was very quickly replaced with no trouble.great customer service.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Lots of splattering!

This coffee maker has some positive advantages over my former coffee maker, the K-Elite. Most notably is the water can be dialed up to a hotter temperature and the coffee can be made stronger due to the multiple piercings into the k-cup. The drawback for me is that the multiple piercings into the k-cup causes coffee droppings to splatter outside of a cup, even a tall cup. This is a design flaw. I can’t imagine that this problem didn’t exist in the testing phase. Other options missing are the clock and timer. I will keep my K-Elite because of the last two options and it doesn’t splatter!
I have had Keurig coffee makers for 8yrs.I purchased this one because the last coffee brewer that I got started to drip after 4yrs. the coffee was great. 10 ozs set on strong got me through my day. I actually looked forward to that first cup. I was always to put the Brewer on strong and 10 ounces. The coffee was great! This new brewer can’t do that, strong is not strong I have to do an 8 ounce cup and medium roast but I may have to bump it up to a dark roast to get my 10 ozs. I only have 2 cups a day. Now I have three. The brewer looks nice. Smaller and compact. I have both brewers set up tomorrow I will the experiment. I may have to stay with 2.0. Stay tuned!

Great Coffee Maker. I like being able to set the temperature and the strength of the coffee. Very pleased with my morning cup. I wish I had gone to a single pod coffee maker sooner.

Great brewer-but dies within 2 mos! Twice!

Bought the online Supreme Plus bundle in August 2020. Great features and concepts. Simply died after 2 months. Would not power on. Keurig promptly replaced in early November 2020. It died just like the first on Jan 6 2021. Obvious design issue.
