This is my second Keurig. The first one had issues, but Keurig provided a quick replacement and an apology. Brewing my own grind produces the best coffee I have ever tasted!
Replaced an older other brand that never kept our coffee hot. This one is fantastic. You can choose the temperature level and strength. Love it!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Worked great fir 4 months

Worked great for 4 months. All of a sudden, it just shut off and will not turn on. Tried everything suggested on this site and YouTube. Nothing. The machine is dead.

It looks great and is a nice set up but when we used it. It leaked water all over the counter it was coming out of the bottom of the maker.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Broke within 48 hours of opening

This was a Christmas gift. We have had Keurigs so I did all the required set up rinses. It made FANTASTIC coffee ... for several hours. Next day, when turned on, it read “descale” (?!?) and only emitted 2 oz of water at any setting. Thankfully, my call to Keurig was met with understanding and after several attempts at tweaking, they are shipping me a replacement brewer. Wish me luck! I really like this brewer and if the replacement works I’ll be VERY pleased. If not, we’ll, there’ll be a “caution” review from me.

I love this Keurig to say the least! It’s very easy to navigate! I love that I can program it for different people, or in my case two for me and one for my partner! The coffees flavor is really good. I can definitely tell the difference in strength when using the strength button!
after 1 week it stoppped working when i called i was on hold for 1 hour and 30 min and never talked to anyone ended up working on it for a couple of hours myself
