I got it as a gift used it one time. I went to use it the next morning and it would not turn on. So much for a Christmas present

I highly recommend this coffee maker. This is the greatest improvement to date. No waiting for it to heat up. Just pop in a k-cup and brew. So quite at first I kept checking to make sure it was brewing. The flavor of coffee seems to have reached a whole new level. You even get a bit of that coffee aroma we have been missing. Again these are the best improvements to date. If you are a Keurig fan you will be thrilled. If you are not a Keurig fan you will be surprised to find you just became a fan. I have found no draw backs or complaints. Thank you Keurig!!!

The first one broke two months after purchase and the second one broke after a couple weeks. Keurig was really great about replacing the broken devices promptly. The issue with both was power. They just wouldn’t turn on.

We bought the K-Supreme Plus about 3 weeks ago and Love it! We had our first Keurig for about 7 years and it started to give out, it was SO loud and sometimes would only fill the cup halfway. The new Plus is so quiet I didn’t think it was working. I love the setting options and it looks so nice.

Liked the idea of selecting flavor strong to regular. Like the hotness selection plus size of cup you want. You can select in advance and then just hit one button repetitively.Big it you will love it also
