This one doesn't meet my expectations.

I have owned several Keurig brewers and always loved them. I upgrade when a better one comes out, but this one is horrible. It splatters coffee all over the counter and is very slow. Keurig has missed the mark on this one. I will be going back to one of the older models.

Bad Product

I bought 3 at Christmas, 2 for us as upgrades, 1 for a gift. Our 2 stopped working within a couple months of use. Our previous Keurig lasted for years. I feel bad that I gave that gift. Very disappointed.

horrible Machine

I am on my 4th machine. Th machine either stops working or only brews half cups. i have returned multiple times but I am not able to switch models.

Suddenly Died

I bought this 7 months ago. Had absolutely no trouble out of it. Made 2 cups of coffee a day with no problems. This morning it made the first cup and then shut off and wouldn't come back on. I tested outlet. It has power. The coffee maker will not come on. Sadly brewers doesn't have a 1 year warranty.

Much better than the K-Duo

This is the best so far, but far better than the k-duo. Forget about the full coffee pot, the k-duo takes forever to warm up and uses far more power than any other Keurig.
That said, this machine uses far less power when warming the water than previous machines, which is nice... less circuit breaker problems.
The four injection slots instead of just one does provide a better flavor with the coffee. Not sure why (same amount of water), but it does.

No safety shut off

Really disappointed, if the water reservoir is not in the unit properly and you press brew, it instants burns up the heating element….in seconds. It should warn you that the reservoir is not in place…or at minimum the button press should not brew, ridiculous.

Should have kept my old one.

I've been a Keurig user for almost twenty years. Have always been happy with the product, until this one. My daughter gave it as a gift to upgrade (the tank is way better for filling from my fridge water dispenser!), but the unit has several problems.
1. It "piddles" when it brews, splattering hot coffee on the counter and unsuspecting humans.
2. The "strength" selector doesn't work at least 50% of the time. I go thru multiple pods in the morning to get a coffee stronger than what appears to be the cleaning cycle.
Returning it to the store today.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Extremely disappointed and frustrated

Extremely frustrated and disappointed in this product. I am now waiting on my 4th replacement. All 3 of the last had the same issue with the lid not recognizing that it was being opened and closed, therefore not being able to brew a cup of coffee. The power button is useless. Even if you can turn it on with the power button it wont let you brew unless it recognizes the lid being opened and closed. This last one doesn't even want to turn on at all. While Keurig has done a good job at honoring their warranties, this is a huge inconvenience and I don't have much faith in the replacement they are sending me. For this price I expected better.
