we have one similar to this at our summer camp and it was time to upgrade the dinosaur old Keurig at home. I love this sleek design and the new extract technology. Well worth the upgrade from the older machines for a much better up of coffee

Perfect Upgrade from older model

After 3 days of using it, I’ve got to say what an upgrade from my 5 year old Keurig that was leaking underneath. I like hot hot coffee and would have to reheat 60 seconds more in the microwave from the older machine. This one has heat/strength settings which makes a big difference. Went with the stainless steel look.

I recently bought a K Supreme Plus coffee maker , Man and I'm glad I did . The first cup I brewed was Peppermint tea ,I could really smell it as it was brewing and the Flavor was good and Strong .Everything I brew tastes better than it did in my old machine, coffee ,tea are all better than before . I recommend this machine for anybody that wants a good cup of coffee or tea.

Slow brewing

I bought this new, sleek model to replace my older Keurig model. The main reason I love Keurig is because it is able to brew a cup of coffee so fast. Luckily, I haven’t had any of the other issues I read from the other 1 star reviews. Although when I went to brew my first cup, I was surprised at how long it took to brew a single cup. I still have my previous model, so set a timer to compare the 2 units. 3 minutes to brew a single cup in the new K-Supreme Plus! 1 minute on my older unit. While 3 minutes may not sound like a long time, this is 3 times what my older Keurig brewer took to brew a cup. Not acceptable to me, as I have been spoiled with my older unit. I’ll be returning this unit until they can get back to the 1 minute brew times I have been accustomed to over recent years.

I have owned several Keurig brewers and always loved them. I upgrade when a better one comes out, but this one is horrible. It splatters coffee all over the counter and is very slow. Keurig has missed the mark on this one. I will be going back to one of the older models.

Bad Product

I bought 3 at Christmas, 2 for us as upgrades, 1 for a gift. Our 2 stopped working within a couple months of use. Our previous Keurig lasted for years. I feel bad that I gave that gift. Very disappointed.

horrible Machine

I am on my 4th machine. Th machine either stops working or only brews half cups. i have returned multiple times but I am not able to switch models.
