Good coffee but short circuits easily

We've had the original Keurig brewer for many years and been very happy with it. We decided to try this model because of it's sleek look and the multi stream feature. It makes great coffee! However in a few short months we've gone through three. The first one never turned on and customer service quickly remedied that. The second short circuited when I removed the water tank to fill it during a brew cycle, sure my bad but it was early AM and I've done that before on the old model. Again customer service was great and remedied that sending the third one. The cup sizes began brewing smaller than they should have so I just descaled it according to the directions and all went fine. I filled up the water tank and went to brew a cup. You guessed it, short circuited again. Not sure why. So while this model looks great and does brew great coffee, the kinks haven't quite been worked out yet. I'm hoping to be able to return to the original model. Customer service has been very helpful and speedy though. Thanks!

We have our K Supreme Plus approx 3 weeks. There are some great features we love. The 5 cup sizes, temp and strength, the large water reservoir. However, we miss the light in the water tank, we cannot use our to go cups because it doesn’t fit. And we think it is slow extraction even on the low strength setting.

I've owned a few Keurigs over the years and my recent one was giving me problems that I knew I had to replace it. When the timing and price was right I jumped on the Supreme Plus. It's the Best! Great features and great coffee.

I have to get started quick and keep moving. When I need a cup of jo I don't want to wait for the pot or nuke it. I pondered getting a Keurig over a year ago. I finally did it and boy am I glad I did. I shopped for one with the options I wanted most. 1. To have a huge water refill tank that is easy to do. 2. Easy options or favorite button. There were more but these were most important. The water tank is the largest or one of the largest and so easy to refill. There are 3 preset buttons. Some coffee I like stronger so have one button set for when I have one of those. Hubby has a button with his usual cup size of 8 oz. and stronger setting on his. The third is still empty until we think of one. In the morning, I used to make a pot that would sit there all day until evening or next morning, one of us grabbing a cup and nuking it. Now, we just get a fresh cup whenever we want which is way faster, easier and tastes so much better!

Doesn’t get the water as hot as my old Keurig. The 4 additional injectors just puncture holes into the top of the pod. No additional water is injected into the K cup.
