Not happy

I bought this product the end of October; opened it the first weekend of November and has worked great until this morning; when ready to brew I was only getting about an inch of water in my cup. Making sure I was pressing the correct settings to make sure before beginning the second cup-still only about an inch of water. Grrrr I could not see the water level moving much, I removed the water tank, refilled and tried again. No luck and wasted three K Pods. Tonight I thought I would try to descale (but I haven’t used it that much)-still only pulling about an inch of water into my cup while in the descale mode. Not happy.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have had Keurig brewers since the very beginning , most of which I have passed along to friends and family as I have updated mine to the latest version. The K-Supreme Plus is by far the very best Keurig brewer that I have owned to this point !!! I love the simplicity of the K-Supreme Plus , no clock , no timers, just push the buttons to tell the brewer how you want your coffee, a few seconds later you have a perfect cup ! I also have a K-Duo Plus that I have in my RV it is an excellent brewer as well !
Sleek, stylish design and brews coffee hotter and stronger. New technology is great. So glad we upgraded to this model. Would recommend the K-Supreme Plus!
I purchased this last month and find that the new brewing system extracts more flavor than the old one. Coffee is also hotter which is a plus.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Good coffee but short circuits easily

We've had the original Keurig brewer for many years and been very happy with it. We decided to try this model because of it's sleek look and the multi stream feature. It makes great coffee! However in a few short months we've gone through three. The first one never turned on and customer service quickly remedied that. The second short circuited when I removed the water tank to fill it during a brew cycle, sure my bad but it was early AM and I've done that before on the old model. Again customer service was great and remedied that sending the third one. The cup sizes began brewing smaller than they should have so I just descaled it according to the directions and all went fine. I filled up the water tank and went to brew a cup. You guessed it, short circuited again. Not sure why. So while this model looks great and does brew great coffee, the kinks haven't quite been worked out yet. I'm hoping to be able to return to the original model. Customer service has been very helpful and speedy though. Thanks!
We have our K Supreme Plus approx 3 weeks. There are some great features we love. The 5 cup sizes, temp and strength, the large water reservoir. However, we miss the light in the water tank, we cannot use our to go cups because it doesn’t fit. And we think it is slow extraction even on the low strength setting.
I purchased the coffee maker a few weeks ago and my favorite features are the fact that you can control the temperature and strength of the brew and the extra-large water capacity.
