The brewer has great features and is simple to operate. The water carafe is the best yet, larger, sturdy and easy to remove. The new multi flow feature really improves the flavor of the coffee. The only "issue" we have is the distance between the pour feature and a regular sized coffee mug. Because of the distance, there is a great deal of "splashing" resulting in a constant counter wipe-down. We actually were given a replacement brewer, but the same result.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Just got this news brewer yesterday to replace a four year old 2.0. Much quieter and much smaller. However, brewing process is much slower than the old machines I’ve had and, water/coffee splatters all around when brewing. Not sure I want to have to wipe up the counter and machine every time I make coffee or tea.
We recently purchased this product which our the 3rd Keurig brewer. Loved the new features and sleek look. After 2 or 3 weeks with no problems at all, the brewer started to malfunction showing an add water sign after one cup regardless of water volume in the tank. A call to customer service, explaining the issue in detail, resulted in an unexpected response. Keurig offered a new brewer replacement - period. We are absolutely delighted with their response. We feel that the brewer and their customer service are absolutely 5 stars, the 1 star deduction is simply because the initial unit we received was defective.
I wanted to give this coffee maker a 5 star but am having a hard time getting a cup to brew with out it also dumping coffee grounds in my cup and even after it states that it is done brewing and says enjoy drips excess water. I like to drink every drop of my cup of coffee but with this brewer I cant unless I want a mouth full of grounds. I do love that I can taste a fuller richer flavorful cup of coffee.
Love the design, better interface, bigger water reservoir. The bad - water not heating up before brewing is insanely dumb. The slower brewing is fine but undoubtedly a byproduct of not preheating the water. Multi drip is great but you screwed up the heat. BTW it does not fit under kitchen cabinets (uppers) without hitting the handle - bad design attribute.
