I purchased this Keurig to use in our trailer. It is a perfect size to sit on the counter. I have not had good luck with Keurig in the past, but thought I would try it again. I plugged it in and I smelled burnt wiring and the machine didn't work. Keurig was good about replacing it and the replacement came about a week later. It Is a good basic machine. I really like having the water reservoir on the side and it is way quieter than my previous coffee maker. The flow of coffee is not the best, it is almost like it is clogged up.

I am personally very disappointed in this machine, which I have had and used for about a month now. I have always been resistant to going with a Keurig because I used a higher-end full size coffee maker for so many years, and was completely spoiled by the amazing taste and richness of fresh-brewed coffee using freshly ground beans. However, I finally realized what a waste of coffee it was, especially since I am the only one in my house that drinks it, and I was very impressed by the reviews of Keurig's new "Multi-stream Technology." I received a great offer, and decided to go for it. It sounded like a "no-brainer." However, I have experienced the SAME EXACT problem that I have always encountered when using a Keurig (at work, friends', etc.), which is that the taste is far too watered down, and often, barely tastes like coffee at all in my opinion. I have tried different strengths, temperatures and cup sizes, but none of that even seems to make a difference. When I use the "strength" function to make it as strong as possible, sometimes it even tastes LESS strong-how is that even possible? I purchased the machine, the "My K-Kup", multiple boxes of coffee, AND a fancy Keurig storage drawer, so it just seemed like too much of a hassle to try and pack it back up and send it back for a refund. Now I am stuck with a machine that produces mediocre "coffee" and I am forced to keep a "subscription" for the coffee pods. If you are just looking to upgrade to the most current technology, then this machine will probably fit your needs perfectly, but if you are thinking of switching to Keurig for the first time and are expecting amazing flavor and richness, I'd recommend either reconsidering or at least purchasing locally so that you can return it more easily if you aren't satisfied with it.

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear that you're disappointed in your purchase of the K-Supreme Plus coffee maker. That’s certainly not the experience we want you to have. The behavior that you’ve described in your review is certainly not typical of the coffee maker. We would love to find a resolution that suits your needs. Please call our Customer Service team at 866-901-2739. Representatives are available 7 days a week from 7am to 10pm EST to assist you. We look forward to your call.
This unit replaced the lesser model that stopped after 2 weeks. This unit will stop brewing a 12 oz. preset favorite after 4oz. You restart it at 8 oz. Keurig gave me the free upgrade when the first one stopped so I don’t intend to send this back unless it too stops. Makes a good cup of coffee.
