I have had about 6 Keurig's. None of them would make a Strong cup of coffee even when using the STRONG setting.
This is the 1st one that has been able to make a STRONG cup that is not diluted and weak
Al my previous Keurig's would fail after about 6 to 9 months for some reason.
Keurig replaced them at no charge.

My coffee maker worked great for the first 6-9 months but then the descale notification came and would routinely come on every couple months until the unit locked into descale mode and became non-operational. Customer service was great working through the details and sending a replacement unit.
