I was intrigued by mult-stream, expecting a richer cup of coffee, I have my current Keurig set on strong and am very happy with the brew. I found the coffee from the Supreme Plus harsh and bitter even at the weakest setting. The programmable settings for individual users seemed simple to set up but you have to remember to choose the right user before brewing, an extra step that didn't always work.The controls are on top of the brewer making them hard to use and impossible for my handicapped housemate to see them. That was the deal breaker. I returned it after one day.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

My husband has been using our new Keurig and has been completely satisfied with the quietness of this machine. He also likes the handle on the water container. This was a really good investment.
FINALLY! a keurig that i actually like! I have had and given away many of the other models as they did not perform well in either quality, taste or temperature. this one has it all. i really like the buttons for different people ( i use one for the hot chocolate as i forget to make it hot as needed ).
I have had our new Keurig for a couple of weeks it is the best coffee maker you have made yet. The coffee has a great taste. The saved profiles make it so easy to have the same great cup of coffee each and every time.
Love the different strength and temperature settings. The favorites are nice to use. My only complaint is it see,s to take a longer time to brew than previous brewers.
