Works every time. It's beautiful and functional and has all kinds of options in settings. I had a prior model, not this model that never worked! I love this K-Supreme Plus! Money well spent if you are looking for Keurig.
I have had several Keurig Coffee Makers and this is my favorite! It makes really good coffee and is very quiet compared to the other models I have had. I love the new design and the large water tank has a handle and is very easy to fill. The customer service you get with this company is the best ever!
I like the fact that you can make one cup after another with out having to wait. love the handle on water container that can be lifted and refilled easily.
I was intrigued by mult-stream, expecting a richer cup of coffee, I have my current Keurig set on strong and am very happy with the brew. I found the coffee from the Supreme Plus harsh and bitter even at the weakest setting. The programmable settings for individual users seemed simple to set up but you have to remember to choose the right user before brewing, an extra step that didn't always work.The controls are on top of the brewer making them hard to use and impossible for my handicapped housemate to see them. That was the deal breaker. I returned it after one day.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
