Kuerig coffee

Just bought 2 of these kuerig coffee makers. One for office and one for home. Box states there is 15 pods and a (kcup) filter for using regular coffee use. Both missing from box.....disappointing. so far, a few cups of coffee, pleased with results.
I would recommend this to a friend!

12oz cup size, not!

We have owned a Keurig since the brand started. We recently purchased this model; K Supreme Plus because it had a 12 oz cup size and had an option for strength. It will not brew a 12 oz cup of joe! I have cleaned the grounds out of the needles but that doesn’t matter. It only brews 10oz max. We end up having to brew a 4 oz , which really is 2oz to get our cup full. Very very not happy!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hi Diane. This is definitely not the experience we want you to have with our coffee makers. Did you reach out to our Customer Care team about this? Please give them a call at 866-901-2739. We are here to help!
I really did not know what to expect. We have used several coffee makers over the years, but this is by far the best. My husband and I first noticed the rich flavor. I believe the multistream technology really brings out the best flavor. I have enjoyed all varieties I brew. I think people as a whole may think just another coffee maker, but they need to taste the difference. I hope you will step up to the Keurig multistream technology single serve coffee maker and enjoy your coffee as much as I do!
Love love it i decided to up grade my kreiug when i received this one it was an ajustment first way to strong but once i got the way i liked it then able to save it just two words love it
I've read all the reviews that say it makes a mess when brewing and rips the pods apart at the top. I can tell you ours doesn't do any of that. It works perfectly. I'm not sure if I can tell the difference in the strength of the brewed coffee or not, but I like it so far and I have always bought Bold and Dark Roast coffee. I have had this brewer, 2 weeks and counting. I have have been a Keurig K-cup fan for many, many years so I just use K-cups for my daily brew. I also like that you don't have to wait for the water to warm up and the auto off stuff is now history. The handle on the water reservoir is also a nice feature. It doesn't appear that the old "My Keurig" holder for ground bulk coffee works in this brewer. If you use that function, you will need to also purchase a new My Keurig adapter. The other nice feature is the small footprint of this brewer. All in all, I like it.
We’ve had this unit a couple of weeks now. It does in fact make a much stronger cup of coffee than or other Keurig. If stronger coffee or tea is the objective then this is your coffee maker. Brew time is much longer than previous maker and cup size is less that ounces say it will be. But as far as cup quantity, 8oz can be 6 or less as determined by the maker itself! It appears to be random. The maker never achieves a specific setting.
