Love the flexibility!!

Love that I can customize the strength and heat of each brew, and save different profiles for my hot morning and iced afternoon cups of coffee. Also love the polished look and feel of the machine! Very sleek. Instructions were easy to understand, but it would have been nice if I didn’t have to look up on YouTube how to install the filter. Docked one star, because it would promote more environmentally friendly coffee consumption to include a reusable filter (which I’ll be purchasing). I received a complimentary machine for purposes of reviewing. Very excited with this addition to my daily routine!!
I would recommend this to a friend!

My first Keurig

This is my first Keurig and I absolutely love it. I use it every morning for my iced-coffee. The installation was pretty easy. I had to go online to get help with water filter as instructions for the filter are not included.
I find the machine very easy to use and would definitely recommend.

So many options!

I love that this Keurig brewer has so many options for making a cup of coffee (or tea, or cocoa!). And I love that there are options for brew strength and temperature. We have very different coffee preferences in our house - some of us like extra strong & hot and others like ready to drink & more mellow. Having the saved profiles has been great. We also like the option to brew over ice. I've tried the Dark Magic k-cup as iced coffee and it's smooth to drink either black (or with a little chocolate milk!). In the past I've had a pretty basic Keurig and it was never quite right for my taste. So far, this one is excellent!
The brewer was very easy to set up and doesn't take up too much space on the counter. Looking forward to a lot of coffee drinking!
Note, I received this brewer for free for testing purposes and honest review.

Nice, new look for a reliable coffee machine!

I received this #complimentary product to test out and review. I am so glad I tried this because I’ll be saving money on buying coffee at a local shop everyday. It was easy to set up and looks amazing in person. It’s modern design looks so much nicer than the older model I stopped using a few years back when it wasn’t brewing properly anymore. After setting it up and prepping for the first cup I read the instructions and watched a YouTube video to see if there were any tips and tricks to getting the best cup of coffee. Luckily it was easy to change the settings to fill my tall mug with the perfect amount of coffee to leave room for milk and sugar. It was a little too hot so the next time I adjusted the temperature and it was just right. The flavor wasn’t necessarily stronger than normal but it was a great cup of coffee. I like to try different brands so I’ll buy assortments and find the brand of pods I like best. There are so many options it really is a plus to having a Keurig product. I haven’t had any issues so far and hope to be able to keep this machine running efficiently for the next few years. The only thing Is I wish there were more colors to choose from. I’ll likely accessorize my machine with some vinyl and a witty phrase. The price point is on par with a machine of this quality, with this many features, and from a trusted brand. I would recommend this product to someone who knows how to use a Keurig and has a love of coffee. You can play around with the settings to make the perfect cup for you then pop in another pod and make a completely different beverage for your spouse. It would be hard to not find something you enjoy. Excellent new model!

Makes great coffee

Great job Keurig completely re-engineered coffee maker. Our coffee is richer bolder than ever before. We have used a Keurig for eleven years this new design is so much better than the older Keurig’s Kudos to your design staff truly like the features and functionality. A handle on the water reservoir, instant heat (no waiting next cup) Profile setup, the piercing/brew head functions in a precision manor I recommend customers purchase K- Supreme Plus

Everything you could ever want

I upgraded from a K200 to the Supreme Pro, and couldn't be happier. Great aroma and taste with the mulistream technology. My son and grandson reside with me, and each of us has a preference set for quick brewing . My son adds creamer to his coffee, and in the past had to warm it up in the microwave, as the creamer cooled the coffee. Now he just asks for maximum temperature, and it's just right after adding the creamer. I love the large resevoir and the handle, which makes refilling so much easier. The slim, stainless steel exterior goes perfectly with my stainless steel appliances. A "home run" product!

Loving the new features!

This is the fourth Keurig we have gotten since they first came on the market. Our children have taken one each time they moved out which gave us a reason to get a new model. And one we took to my husbands new office. All are still in use and still making great coffee.
We love and use all the new features. The only things we would address are the lack of instructions on installing the water filter and not being able to use a taller coffee container. Also since the water reservoir now has a handle (making it so much easier), it would be even more user friendly if located on the right side.

Best Keurig Coffee Maker EVER!

Have happily bought and used Keurig coffee makers for over two decades but this one hits it out of the park. Ease of feature use, brewing speed, size and innovation are superb.
