We enjoy the Keurig very much which is why we keep replacing it when it breaks. We have had 4 in the past 4 years. Unfortunately, only one was within a year’s time - so it was under warranty.
The coffeepot is great, however the notes included with the registration make no sense. The offer of 5 boxes of coffee pods with coffee registration expires 6/30/2024. Since I didn't purchase it until July of 2025 needs an explanation.

This is sleeker and take up less space then my old one. It doesn't need to heat up and the sets you can have for up to 3 ppl is great. I like that I can make ice coffee now and you can set your strength and temperature. This is a must have if you are looking to upgrade.

Love the new machine. Many choices and works well for me, who likes a small cup very strong and hot, while my spouse likes a very large cup medium heat and strength. I only wish the buttons were in the front of the machine and not on top. I’m in a wheelchair and can’t see them or use them without difficulty.
