So far we are loving this coffeemaker. It is very sleek and looks great on the counter. The ability to adjust your temperature and strength is great. I especially love the way it pierces the pods and after doing a side to side with our current model I can say that the coffee with this model is much more flavorful. I have read lots of negative reviews on this machine and I am hoping we won't have the problem.

I bought this coffee maker expecting to get a richer, not bolder, cup of coffee. I don't believe this makes as good a cup of coffee as my older Keurig did. In fact, if I still had it I would probably go back to using it. This new coffee maker is much slower and to be more energy efficient it turns off. I would like it to stay on for at least 2 hours. I do like the design and the clear water container with a handle is a big improvement but, the cup of coffee that we drink is the bottom line and this coffee maker misses the mark.

Really like the Machine. It’s quiet and brews instantly compared to my old Keurig that had to heat the water before brewing. It was also much louder.

Needed to replace my older Keurig coffee maker. Like the new streamline technology of the coffee maker. The brewing cycle is so much shorter. Hopefully this one will last as long as my other.

Good machine when it works. Short life span. Undoubtedly MY LAST KEURIG!!! Look elsewhere for a product that lasts.

Would like to love my new Keurig but one MAJOR issue has me only offering one star. For some reason it doesn’t matter what size I select, the machine only brews the same size each time……about 10 oz.
