Time to say goodbye to Keurig…

I’ve been a Keurig customer for over 10 years and have owned multiple brewing systems, all of which I had to replace due to defect. Despite proper care and maintenance, these systems inevitably fail on me. I always replace them because I love the product when they’re actually working! This most recent brewer lasted over a year until it suddenly failed to power on. Customer service guided me through three basic steps to ensure I knew how to properly plug in an appliance, informed me it was deemed defective but no longer covered under warranty and apologized for the inconvenience. Not to mention the added investment I made in descaling solution as I was constantly prompted to do so with this machine. I think it’s time to move on and try something new. Do better Keurig!

It really should last longer

I bought my 2nd earlier this month. My first K-Supreme Plus Single Serve Coffee maker only lasted 8 months then I just bought another one. If this one last at least a year I will be excited. All I asked is for just 1 cup of coffee every morning.

This is the best Keurig coffee maker we've ever had, and we've had a few throughout the years. It has great features, including the large capacity water reservoir, the multi-stream technology, the temperature & strength options, the 5 different brew size options, and the auto shut-off. The ability to save the settings for (3) different people is also great. We love all of these features and are so happy that we purchased this!

Very small screen

You can barley read what's going on with the coffee maker on the TINY display as well as it leaks some liquid after the pod is taken out. Have to leave the cup under to help with the drips.
