4 or 5 Replacements ?? I Lost Count !!

I use 1 K-Supreme at home and keep another K-Supreme packed in my “vacation tub” for when I travel. Straight out of the box, my very first Keurig purchase in 2021 wouldn’t power own. Called Keurig, they sent a replacement. Worked great….about 6 or so weeks. Descale light came on, finished descaling process….no power. Keurig sent another replacement….worked great a couple of months, descale light came on, finished descaling process, descale light still blinking. Keurig suggested descaling again. I did. Descale light still blinking. Keurig sent another replacement. Another couple of months, descale light comes on, descale finishes, no power. Keurig suggests leaving unplugged for 30 minutes. Still no power. I think, but not sure, I’ve been through 4 or 5 replacements and currently have a brewer with no power after descaling. Called Keurig. This time they gave me a case number and told me that they would have to refer my case to a higher department, and a representative from that department would call me, AND…..to keep my phone line “CLEAR” to receive their call. Seriously? I asked when might they call….1 day, 3 days? The representative said it could be many more days up to 7 or 10 as there is a huge backlog in that department. So here I am without my coffeemaker. I absolutely love my Keurig K Supremes in the short period when they work! My very first brewer was a K Supreme Plus purchased at Sam’s Club. The replacements have been standard K Supreme. I’ve lost count how many replacements I’ve had. I think one time I might have sent back a replacement and kept the defective one, because the descale light was still blinking when I turned on the “replacement” ??? But seriously, I’ve lost track of which brewer is which. Please Keurig, send me a replacement that will keep brewing for a long, long time. And…..Please don’t make me wait while you pass me from one department to another.

We have had the Smart K-Supreme Plus coffeemaker for a while which we really like. My sister did not want the Smart brewer, but she wanted the multi-brew technology, and the ability to choose the strength and temperature of her coffee. She loves the new brewer and especially likes the large reservoir.

Brews a great cup of coffee! I was surprised how quiet the machine is. I replaced an older machine that was still working and I'm glad I did. It was worth the purchase price. Easy to fill and clean the water reserve. An added plus is the reminder to descale. Highly recommend!

Perfect in so many ways

I purchased this as a replacement for the one my husband had, after many years it gave out. However; this new model is wonderful! We love having it poke extra holes in the kcups each beverage has a stronger better flavor. The stainless steel and black matches our kitchen appliances we are very happy.

Loved it for 2 weeks

Loved the compact size and the coffee this machine brewed for 2 weeks until it failed. Started making smaller than selected cup sizes and yesterday it died completely. Good thing Keurig has always had good customer service. Will be calling them today

Works great until it doesn’t

Been through two of these in just over a year. First one stopped powering up. Second one has a broken water pump. Would not recommend.

Works good when it’s working but…

It worked great for about 6 weeks until the “descale” light came on which was premature since we hadn’t brewed all that many cups. After following the descaling directions it would no longer work. I tried resetting it and other online troubleshooting suggestions to no avail. Very discouraging. Luckily we had saved our 9-year old Keurig. We tried without luck periodically over the next month to see if it would work. Then one day out of the blue it began working and worked for about 5 weeks until the dreaded “descale” indicator showed up again. It’s the same thing all over again and we’re back to our Keurig not working. After reading the complaints online this is a very common reoccurring problem with these Keurig coffeemakers which is disappointing because we didn’t think we could go wrong with a brand like Keurig.
