I would definitely recommend the company and their products to my friends and family. I have been using their products for over 25 years and they have always stood behind them. This time was no exception. They replaced my machine within 4 days of contacting them and made the process very easy.
Bought this as a replacement of a two year old K-Supreme. Made six cups of coffee with the new one and it wouldn't come on. Smelled an electrical burn but no smoke. Fried! The good thing is it is under warranty and replacement coming in a few days. Hoping this one last longer!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
