I was supposed to get stainless steel replacement and received all black instead. This is my fourth replacement of this coffee maker under warranty and Keurig didn’t bother to send me the correct one. At this point I am too frustrated to send it back and wait for a replacement unless Keurig want to be proactive.
I would definitely recommend the company and their products to my friends and family. I have been using their products for over 25 years and they have always stood behind them. This time was no exception. They replaced my machine within 4 days of contacting them and made the process very easy.
