Love it until it breaks

Purchased my 1st one Dec 2021 lasted 3 months, received my replacement quickly from Keurig. The replacement lasted 3.5 months. Extremely disappointing for the money paid for this machine. I had a old cheap one that lasted years, and was still working when I made this purchase, but the Huge reservoir caught my attention on this one. But overall I don't think its worth the trouble. I wish I had old reliable cheapy back!!!

64oz Puts out 16oz

I’ve had my Keurig for a year. All the sudden it stops spitting out the proper amount of coffee for whatever your selection is. It will put 2-4oz in your cup when you select 12, and 1-2oz when you select 8, etc. The machine tells you to descale. I’ve descaled it 3 times and each time a day later it’s back to its problems and telling you to descale again. I feel like it’s something in the computer of the machine that it can’t sensor how much water it’s pulling in, because when I go to descale it, it pulls the proper amount of water for that first descaling pull.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Excellent brewer

We decided to purchase this particular Keurig because of the soon to be ending rewards system to replace a functioning one that we've had 6 years. What a difference! It's so much quicker to brew and with the new multi-stream brew, the coffee tastes much better! We are very happy with this purchase.

Creates a mess

Finally decided to upgrade and buy a new Keurig! This one looks sleek and I love the style of the water chamber (it is much easier to carry to fill up). Also, it takes virtually no time to make a cup of coffee. The one unfortunate thing that happens with this coffee maker is that it creates a MESS. Every single time I use it, coffee splatters all over the counter AND floor. I have resorted to keeping a dish towel next to it so some of the drops will be caught.

Useless

I’ve been a faithful Keurig customer for years. This one is very disappointing. From day one, splashes everywhere. I’ve had it less than a year. I descale regularly. Suddenly the descale message won’t turn off & now it makes about 2oz. Then shuts off. I won’t buy another one. Think I’m going to try the Cuisinart

Would rate at a ZERO

I’ve had 3 of these in a year. ALL of them have had the electricity go out in them. The first lasted 9 months, the second lasted 3 months, the 3rd lasted ONE WEEK! Go with the original model. Do not buy this! When they replace it they won’t send you another model they send you another crappy one that just breaks!

Great when it works, but huge issues

I am on my second warranty replacement (3rd brewer). The brewer works GREAT when it’s working and I couldn’t be happier with that, however but it dies when running a descale. This is a known issue from what I can see on all of the forums and is rather frustrating, something to do with a temperature sensor that has an error when running the descale. You can supposedly fix it but I’m not going to take it apart and void my warranty. That said, Keurig’s warranty process is fantastic, I’ve had 0 issues getting it replaced each time it stops working after the first descale. I would say I got a lemon but after happening twice within the warranty period to two separate brewers both when doing the first descaling run, I wouldn’t buy again for the simple hassle of having to replace it. Maybe 3rd times the charm and I’ll update this review at the point, once I descale this one for the first time.

It's not your old Keurig

It's fantastic. Heats instantly, allows settings for 3 different users, makes 5 holes to get more coverage of coffee grinds. Allows multiple degrees of roast, mild, moderate and strong.
