We've owned K-Cup machines for years now, and I've always loved the convenience, but the new K-Supreme models are a cut above. The 5-hole punch on top just seems to pull more flavor out of the pod; and the super-simple operation with almost no time lag for the first cup makes what I *thought* was a very simple process even easier! I'm even thinking about buying another one for vacations, even though our current one works just fine.

Love the larger water reservoir and brew options. I wish it was just a bit taller, to accommodate taller travel mugs. My favorite YETI coffee mug just BARELY squeezes into the coffee maker. Also, if you take off the drip tray, my mug base is too wide to fit on the base. Kind of picky comments, because overall, it is a nice coffee maker and makes great hot or over-ice beverages. This one replaced my old Keurig, which lasted 8 years before croaking. Pretty good for any appliance these days. I hope to have this one just as long.
