I love the design of this model so I gave it 4 stars. It’s nice and slim on the countertop. The water reservoir has a handle so it’s very easy to refill. Hopefully this one lasts longer than 14 months my previous one did! It broke 2 months out of warranty. I took a chance buying the same model and I hope I’m not disappointed again.

My first K-Supreme broke after just 9 months of use. Hopefully my experience was a fluke. The coffee and cocoa made with it were superb. The warranty was honored and the new maker arrived quickly.
I love this Keurig! It has options to set the strength and temperature, and also has three Favorites buttons so you can personalize the settings for your coffee. I’ve had several Keurig’s and this one is the best!
