This machine does what I want and how I want it with minimal hassle. Perfect. The only thing better would a drip bag and infusion. I've had a couple of Keurig makers, all painlessly replaced under warranty. This time for sure,,,,
My Keurig stopped working after 8 months, and when I notified Keurig, the company, after a couple questions and having to give them serial number, etc. they sent a new replacement within three or four days! Fantastic service
Replacement K-Supreme Coffee Maker even better than the first one! It now can be controlled by your cell phone, and can be programmed to make coffee at a predetermined time, easy to do!
It stopped working properly almost immediately!!!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great features, functionality, but they break after about a year and a half of moderately heavy use. First one fried it self during descaling when it stayed running with no water left in reservoir. Second one pump went out and didn’t have enough pressure to push water through the cup. This time it’s the supreme “plus”. Hopefully the plus makes it better.
