Not worth the money

This is the second one of these I have bought. The first one worked well for about 3 months. They I descaled the machine like it told me too but the descale message never went away. After about a month of it flashing at me it stopped working all together. Now I am on my second one just thinking the first one might have just been a dud. But unfortunately this one is doing the same thing. I have descaled this one three different times and it is still flashing at me. So just waiting for it to die. Very disappointing since these are not cheap to buy. When this one dies I will go with a different brand!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Worst Ever

This is the third machine that I have had…all due to poor craftsmanship. Worked fine until had to descale and then the machine just completely goes dead. Has happened to two friends as well. Mentioned it to representative and they said the would “pass on” my concern. Asked for an online credit instead of a new machine…NOPE. No longer a Keurig customer.

Choose another Keurig.

I had another Keurig for 5+ years and never had an issue. after it finally stopped working I decided to upgrade with new sleek looking machine. WORST decision ever. It took about 15-20 brews to stop smelling like burnt coffee/plastic. Then it decided to stop working. I read reviews and how to get it to work - use tap water - do not use soft water. That is dumb but ok. It worked for approximately 2 months. It started showing the DESCALE alert - HOW DO YOU DESCALE this machine? nothing comes apart. I tried using vinegar and water - machine started smoking. I let it sit for a few days and it still isn't working. This is junk. Debating another keurig or finding a new brand all together.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great machine, small cups and slow

This is a great little machine, I love that the handle on the water tank. It does however, brew slowly and the biggest cup size is 12oz, which isn't enough for a to go mug so I end up doing 12oz then another 4oz so it takes a while to get that cup of coffee.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Now on my Fourth Machine

I must add that customer service have been great, but there is a serious design flaw with this machine. I am on my 4th replacement that is currently being shipped. The previous three all burnt out. The first was during the descale process, the last two were just me refilling the tank when requested, and then hitting brew. The typical lifetime before total failure, is around 6-9 months so Keuring have always replaced it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Died during descaling - don't buy this model!

I have always had a Keurig machine, and loved this one while it worked, but it died during its first descaling. I am going to the store tonight to buy a machine from a different brand - this machine was only a few months old. It was great while it lasted, but it was too expensive to last only a few months. There is a serious design flaw in this machine.

Machine burnt out within 7 months!

I bought this brewer in December of 2021. This morning I went to make a coffee and for some reason it says brewing for about a second or two and then completely shuts off. So disappointing! I emailed customer service this morning. Hopefully they don’t make an issue about replacing my machine.
