Works soo good, coffee is hotter than my previous keuring 2.0, slick, water tank is so practical with the handle, refilling it is a breeze. Did i mention that the coffee is the best i had with a Keuring?

This is a replacement for the exact unit which was inadvertently damaged. We love the unit. It works perfectly and we love the features strength & temp. Only hesitation this unit make a light sound when brewing which give us concern.

We love our new K-Supreme Plus Single Serve. We like our coffee strong, hot and fast. This coffee maker fits the bill. The large reservoir really works for us as we drink a lot of coffee.

Previously had a model K921 that stopped working and recently bought a model K920 (color difference) . Love these because of the controls for temp and strength along with the additional flow ports (MultiStream Technology). I can set it on hotter and stronger and get a few more ounces of coffee per pod, and hotter. Can also save up to three different arrangements in three different memory buttons. Also like the slim design. Note that this is not the later design that has the water reservoir that can be moved from side to back. The later model appears to have less control options.

It was like pulling teeth to get this done. Denied and had to call and go over things multiple times. I wanted an upgrade because this was the second time I had to have this machine replaced, they just die. Did not get it.
We love every aspect of this new Keurig. The design and the performance is awesome.
