Great versatile coffee machine that brews hot coffee quickly to the strength and amount of coffee from 4 oz to 12 oz. The one thing I don’t like about it is the complex disassembly to reset the thermocouple when the water level in the reservoir gets too low and the machine won’t turn on. I’ve done this 3 times on 3 different machines over the years. There should be a hole in the side panel where you can place a paper clip into it to reset it instead. The machine appears to be completely dead otherwise.

Great features, functionality, but they break after about a year and a half of moderately heavy use. First one fried it self during descaling when it stayed running with no water left in reservoir. Second one pump went out and didn’t have enough pressure to push water through the cup. This time it’s the supreme “plus”. Hopefully the plus makes it better.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love the design of this model so I gave it 4 stars. It’s nice and slim on the countertop. The water reservoir has a handle so it’s very easy to refill. Hopefully this one lasts longer than 14 months my previous one did! It broke 2 months out of warranty. I took a chance buying the same model and I hope I’m not disappointed again.
