Excellent overall. VERY attractive, super fast brewing, outstanding flexibility (offers varying strength, temperature and output in ounces). My only complaint is that I am obligated to remove the lower tray in order for my Yeti 16 ounce coffee mug to fit beneath the brewer. But without that stand, the coffee would spatter when brewing into my wife's standard sized cup. Overall very happy.
I would recommend this to a friend!
