This K Supreme Plus coffee maker is making us very happy when we want a cup of coffee. It is a replacement for the same model we had that quit working within the year warranty. After sending the requested information to Keurig, they shipped the new coffee pot out immediately. Very pleased with their service. And with the K Supreme!

The new warranty replacement machine lost power after only 2 weeks. This is the same problem we had with the first machine, but it worked for 8 months before it died. What is happening to the Keurig quality!
We had to have our coffee maker replaced. Contacted Keurig and they replaced ours free. Great warranty experience. Thanks for your great support. My family loves this machine, can't do without it.
First couple of uses has grounds in the coffee. This seems to have ended now. Love the over ice feature, makes great iced tea. I have tried other brands and always come back to Keurig.

Upgraded to a new Keurig finally after 15 years. Thia new model makes a great cup of hot coffee. Love the over ice mode, can make a great ice coffee or tea.
