The reason I am giving this only 3 stars is because it had to be replaced within the first year of the original purchase because it just stopped working. This was a very low-use machine - it has probably been used less than 10 times. For it to stop working makes no sense. I will, however, say that the replacement process was seamless.
I was pleasantly surprised at the quick response. There was clearly a problem with our original Keurig and they were willing to replace it, no questions asked. My only criticism might be that the folks answering their phones had accents so heavy that I got very frustrated trying to communicate with them. Written communication was far superior. Love the product!
The Keurig supreme coffee maker always makes a great cup of coffee. There are so many different kinds of coffee available, you can find your favorite flavor.
After having my last Keurig for over 10 years, it is nice to have a new machine. Makes a good cup of coffee, and I like you can program different users’ preferences for strength, temperature, etc.
I would recommend this to a friend!
