This is the 2nd Supreme we've had iin two years. The first died after two years and like the first this one spits coffee stained water all around the unit. I won;t buy another.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This new machine seems to be working well. My other one for some reason had a defect but my very first Keurig lasted nearly seven years. Although I had a defect in my first K- Supreme Plus this new replacement seems to be working well. I still believe Keurig is still number one and I believe in them.
This is the second machine we’ve gotten from Keurig and we’re still not happy. The first one didn’t get hot enough nor did it brew anything over 6oz. The second one did brew hotter, however we are still unable to brew over 6oz consistently. We are using K Cups and not an off brand, and we have tried using the high altitude setting. Nothing seems to work other than using the reusable cup. I just want to brew a good cup of coffee without the hassle. I would not recommend this machine.
The K-Supreme Plus is great machine. We have had them for many years. Unfortunately, our brand new one we bought in December stopped working after 5 months of non-use because we were away. The company honored our warranty and replace it. We are happy again to be making great coffee.
