Keurig has gone way downhill. We have had three go kaput in the last year, all less than a year old and used infrequently. The milk frothed has also failed.
We just received a replacement for the Keurig we purchased in October 2024 and this is not working properly either. We have had this brand new machine for 2 weeks and the pods are overflowing, getting stuck in the machine and the Keurig turns off. I am so disgusted at this point. I wish I could put ZERO stars!!!!
Great upgrade to our previous Keurig that stopped performing optimally after 3+ years of daily use. Love the larger capacity water reservoir (with handle) and the other parts feel heavy duty. Definitely a wonderful new addition.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Everything seems to be working fine been brewing for a couple weeks the only issue or challenges the water container it should have been locked in a little bit better I believe it has a detent towards the front. Fits against the Brewer but looks like I should have been further forward so it could have a wrap around the back and lock in place and not give you a add Water error when it's full but I positioned it on the counter such that I put something against it keeps it engaged so I don't get that hair or anymore. I like that it has all the different options for sizes for ounce up to 12 oz and that you can set the strength and water temperature.P.S. there is going to be coffee in heaven this way Hebrews is in the Bible and us men are going to be doing the work, using God's recipe amen
Our brewer stopped working at 10 months. I called the warranty dept and took a picture of the serial number and was told it was still under warranty. The woman I spoke to said they would send a new one within 2 weeks. I got it I 4 days. Finally a company that stands behind their product. I’m very happy with Keurig.
