Love everything about this brewer. You can totally customize your brew from strength and temp to size. The 3 point brew makes a difference in the taste. Love the extra large water tank and the handle on the front. Easy access. I’ve been using Keurig brewers for 15 years and this one is the best one yet!
I would recommend this to a friend!

We just love hearing this! Thank you for taking the time to review your K-Supreme Plus coffee maker! Happy brewing!
Keurig was wonderful in the process of relacing my Keurig that stopped operating during a cleanse cycle. I had my new machine within days. I love this coffee maker and would recommend to anyone!
We love our Keurig! Just wish the temperature was a little hotter.

Thank you for reviewing your K-Supreme Plus coffee maker. We work to provide our consumers with the best product and experience possible and appreciate you taking the time to leave us some valuable feedback. We will pass your comments onto our quality and engineering teams for review.
When our Keurig stopped working, we contacted Keurig. Since it was still under warranty, we got a new replacement. Easy with one call, and minimal documentation. Quick arrival of new machine!
I have had more than a few of the "K-Supreme Plus Single Serve Coffee Makers" since 2020. I am a big coffee drinker, love using k-cups, have 2 homes (and stay in each one roughly 6 months per year). Here's the good and bad from my perspective:
Good Points: - Overall design is very good. - Footprint is relatively small considering the 64-oz. size of the water reservoir. - Water reservoir has a large handle and is easy to remove and fill. - Unlike earlier model Keurig coffee makers, there is no pre-heated water inside the coffee maker. - The coffee maker automatically shuts off after a few minutes of not being used. Older models would stay on and keep water hot inside the coffee maker for the next cup if you don't turn them off. Also, on the older units, if you wanted to unplug and store the older model Keurig coffee makers, there is no way to drain the preheated water inside of the unit. - There is no heat-up delay when plugging in the coffee maker, since it doesn't have to store and pre-heat water. - Multiple selections for temperature, cup size and brewing strength, and you can pre-program your 3 most common combinations. - One of the original K-Supreme Plus Single Serve Coffee Makers I bought in 2020 is still working okay. I do use filters and I do descale pretty regularly. - Keurig backs the unit with a solid one-year warranty. If you have a failure during the warranty period, Keurig will replace the unit.
Neutral Points - Time to brew a cup is no faster than models that require preheating. - You have to follow the descale process all the way to the end. I have to look up the instructions every time i descale to refresh my memory. Not a big deal but you have to pay attention and follow instructions.
Bad Points: - One of the two K-Supreme Plus Single Serve Coffee Makers I purchased in 2020 has been replaced several times even though I replace the filter and descale regularly (whereas the other unit just keeps on running). - Component quality is not very good. In my opinion, the critical electro-mechanical components (water pump, heating pump, and water heater) are not robust enough and are prone to deterioration and/or failure . - Brew strength selection doesn't seem to do very much.
Overall, I love the design but the critical electro-mechanical components fail too frequently. I especially like 2 features: 1) I can unplug and store the coffee maker for months without leaving water in the unit and 2) when not in use, the coffee maker powers itself off. Just register your pot, change the filters, descale, and if it does fail in the first year, it's pretty easy to get a replacement.
