Recently replaced our old office Keurig with the K-Supreme Plus. It holds even more water but has a smaller footprint taking up less counter space. Also, the multiple drip makes for a richer cup of coffee. Very pleased with it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

...until it dies! Which happened not once but twice. Lasts about 12 months and gone! Ironically happens shortly after descaling. Luckily the first time was under warranty. This model is very undependable! I am looking for something else.

Dead After 4 Months!

Had a Cuisinart K-cup for over 10 years. Still worked great, but I felt that it was time for an upgrade. Heard about poor Keurig quality/reliability, but took the plunge as I liked the style of the Supreme Plus. I should have stuck with Cuisinart…my Keurig is dead after 4 months. Won’t turn on. Granted they’re sending me a replacement as it’s under warranty, but how long will the new one last? Extremely disappointed.

I bought this brewer 1 month ago and already had to descale it. Now the descale message came back on after a few days. Customer Service tells me to run a clear cup every morning. Not sure why?

Depending on the mineral content of your water, calcium deposits or scale may build up faster in your brewer and require more frequent descaling. For best results we recommend using bottled spring, filtered, or tap water.

Faulty Design- Breaks During Descaling

This makes a good cup of coffee and I love the features. However, I have gone through two in two years because it breaks during the descaling process. I suspect that the electronic panel is too close to the heat and overheats when descaling. And when it is time to descale, the display is obnoxious until you complete the descaling process. Sadly, I am saying goodbye to Keurig and moving on to another brand of coffee maker.

These don’t last for a year. The good news keurig replacement is available when registered and under year old. We are on 3rd brewer now. That is 2 replacements.

Completely Unreliable

I bought one 5 weeks ago. Only after buying it did I notice all the bad reviews of it suddenly not working. I hoped this would not be the case. Today it died. I'm returning for a refund and buying the older style, a K-Elite. Something is wrong with the K-Supreme line. Not worth buying until Keurig fixes the issue.
I’ve always thought the pods were wasteful because after dissecting a used one, I found most of the grounds were bone dry. I also thought the coffee brewed weak even on the strongest brew setting.
Now I can attest to being a real Keurig fan.
In addition to the brew and temperature settings, the multiple water heads reach every granule of coffee resulting in the best home-brewed cup of coffee. And yes, I dissected a pod used in this machine and found far better results than before. Some other features I am equally pleased with are the handled pitcher and the programmable settings.
Great job, Keurig!
