I have had all sorts of Keurig coffee makers over the years. including the one with the milk further attached (that I rarely used) but honestly, I gotta say, the K-Supreme Plus Single Serve Coffee Makers is definitely my favorite. It comes on quickly. It heats up quickly, Makes great coffee. The size of the reservoir is perfect and the new water spray that puts like 5 holes in the cup top really extracts the coffee better then the one hole makers. I didn't think I would care about the 3 customization buttons, but not true, I really like it. I can set it for the hottest temp, while others can set theirs how they like it, It's not too big, fits on my counter. Makes good, hot coffee. Buy it on sale and you can't go wrong. I recommend it!

Recently replaced our old office Keurig with the K-Supreme Plus. It holds even more water but has a smaller footprint taking up less counter space. Also, the multiple drip makes for a richer cup of coffee. Very pleased with it.

...until it dies! Which happened not once but twice. Lasts about 12 months and gone! Ironically happens shortly after descaling. Luckily the first time was under warranty. This model is very undependable! I am looking for something else.

Dead After 4 Months!

Had a Cuisinart K-cup for over 10 years. Still worked great, but I felt that it was time for an upgrade. Heard about poor Keurig quality/reliability, but took the plunge as I liked the style of the Supreme Plus. I should have stuck with Cuisinart…my Keurig is dead after 4 months. Won’t turn on. Granted they’re sending me a replacement as it’s under warranty, but how long will the new one last? Extremely disappointed.

I bought this brewer 1 month ago and already had to descale it. Now the descale message came back on after a few days. Customer Service tells me to run a clear cup every morning. Not sure why?

Depending on the mineral content of your water, calcium deposits or scale may build up faster in your brewer and require more frequent descaling. For best results we recommend using bottled spring, filtered, or tap water.

Faulty Design- Breaks During Descaling

This makes a good cup of coffee and I love the features. However, I have gone through two in two years because it breaks during the descaling process. I suspect that the electronic panel is too close to the heat and overheats when descaling. And when it is time to descale, the display is obnoxious until you complete the descaling process. Sadly, I am saying goodbye to Keurig and moving on to another brand of coffee maker.

These don’t last for a year. The good news keurig replacement is available when registered and under year old. We are on 3rd brewer now. That is 2 replacements.

Completely Unreliable

I bought one 5 weeks ago. Only after buying it did I notice all the bad reviews of it suddenly not working. I hoped this would not be the case. Today it died. I'm returning for a refund and buying the older style, a K-Elite. Something is wrong with the K-Supreme line. Not worth buying until Keurig fixes the issue.
