Works a good enough but not great. Mechanics of the coffee maker is sensitive and if you’re not careful the inner heating coil can overhead, blowing out the fuses in your fuse box. It also can build up mold if you don’t remove the water canister after each use - but also be sure to unplug it as well to not run the risk of having the machine run without water .
It's easy to use, fast brewing and instant hot. I like that there isn't a timer or time to set. I've recommended to freinds and family. A great gift idea!
After having this Keurig for 7 months it just quit working. I had registered the product so called the company. They did some troubleshooting with me and it still wouldn’t work. They replaced it for me…no expense to me. Four days after the troubleshooting I had the new one.
The warranty replacement process was easy however this is not the first time we have had to have a warranty replacement. It seems the longevity of these coffeemakers is limited. Perhaps a review of the design or materials used is in order.

Very nice looking with a huge water supply for us. Love the programmable option for a quick cup of coffee. I press one and boom, it is just how I like it. Same as pressing the one on the car seat option before no drive. Taylor made for me. Temp, size and strength with one button.
