We had another failure of a Keurig device and when we called the number available, the person went through all our old info, I found an original order number and - bam - unit under warranty and replaced with a smile. The old one, we could not recycle so out in the trash (boohoo) it went. OH, this one refused to "descale" after multiple efforts in a variety of ways, so - replaced.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Love coffee

I like having a fresh cup of coffee every time it’s wonderful
I bought this for the over ice feature. It seems to be hotter than the coolest temp setting. I prefer grounds opposed to pods and the keurig adapter is not a great fit and there are constantly grounds in my coffee. The plus is the size of the water tank in comparison to my former Keurig.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We treated ourselves, upgraded our coffee Keurig machine thanks to deals w Keurig and so glad we did! The five holes that are poked seems to make our coffee much tastier, love preprogramming it to my taste and quickness making the cup of coffee! Highly recommend!
I am not a coffee drinker. I am a Tea lover, of many different teas. This is my second same model, now on two separate floors in my house. I love the preset favorite settings, I use nothing less than the 12oz size and highly recommend this machine. The size is amazing, easy to fill, without a mess. I use both tea K-cups or tea bags and it is quiet.

While I love the features of this coffee maker, this is the second time I have had to have it replaced! Is there a recall on these models? The first one lasted approximately four months and the second one, not quite six months! Maybe it’s time to go back to a base model!
