Still Tweaking Settings-Great Machine

My wife and I had our older basic Keurig machine for years. It seemed to be slowing down and we liked the idea of the multi stream brew machine. We are still adjusting settings to our liking. We are toying with the temperature and strength settings. We really like the feature to personalize 3 different settings according to your brew preferences. The water canister is larger and easier to remove and attach than the older machine. We are extremely pleased with Keurigs updated technology and highly recommend.

Terrible

I hate this machine. It died after only 3 months of use. Splatters all over the counter and there’s always grinds in the coffee. Looks nice, but is a piece of junk. I would give it zero stars if I could.

Disappointed after 2 months

I bought this new K-Supreme Plus at Christmas for my wife. Now after only 2 months of light usage it has completely failed to function. After contacting Keurig they are sending a new machine in 7-10 days. I expected better performance from their products.

Excellent Single Serve Machine

Bought this to satisfy my coffee habit at our business. We have had several Keurig's over the years and the typical large coffee pot. Between the temperature settings, size options and the 5 needle injection - it is making the most of my pods. I like using my own coffee in the filter pod.
Size wise - it fits on the corner of my desk nicely. The stainless wrap with the black plastic is nice looking and fits into the office decor.
I would recommend this to a friend!

My Favorite Keurig

This has been my favorite Keurig Coffee Maker. It doesn’t take up too much counter space, it isn’t heavy and it isn’t water logged. You can program up to 3 peoples preferences and it isn’t as ugly as the older models.

Poor quality construction and it didn't last long

We had this coffee maker for only 4 months and then it stopped working. We were in the middle of descaling the machine, in accordance with the instructions that came with the unit, and it 'froze' completely. We couldn't even get the power button to work. Unplugging it in an effort to restart it failed. Basically, the unit died! Nothing could make it work. All the buttons stopped working. We threw it away!! Looking to replace it with a Cuisinart. Don't waste your money. After owning several K-Classic brewers, as many others have stated, the quality is nowhere near as good as it used to be.

For best results, we recommend one time use with our K-Cup pods. Reusing or rotating the K-Cup pod after brewing can cause overflow and coffee grounds. I have had all sorts of Keurig coffee makers over the years. including the one with the milk further attached (that I rarely used) but honestly, I gotta say, the K-Supreme Plus Single Serve Coffee Makers is definitely my favorite. It comes on quickly. It heats up quickly, Makes great coffee. The size of the reservoir is perfect and the new water spray that puts like 5 holes in the cup top really extracts the coffee better then the one hole makers. I didn't think I would care about the 3 customization buttons, but not true, I really like it. I can set it for the hottest temp, while others can set theirs how they like it, It's not too big, fits on my counter. Makes good, hot coffee. Buy it on sale and you can't go wrong. I recommend it!
