Does a great job preparing a hot beverage. We use it for making tea with a tea bag and coffee with Kpods. Much improved coffee maker over original. I like temperature and strength control features.

I have truly enjoyed this machine. It works exactly how I expected. I know there were some reviews referencing long brew times and splattering, but this is not the case for me. On low strength, 10 oz brews it is less than a minute. No splattering here with purified water. LOVE IT!!!!
