As others have said, this machine dies after a few months of use. I’ve had two of these now and they both did the same thing .. One day you put a pod in, Hit the ”K” button, And after a couple seconds, the machines simply shuts down, and will not turn back on again .. Dead! Note: I bought the Café model with the milk frother instead, and so far I really like it. Fingers crossed…
I was so surprised when I called about my Keurig not working only after a few months of use. They were very helpful and replaced it without any arguments. I am very thankful for that because I love my Keurig.
I originally purchased the "Smart" version of this brewer, but found the Smart features very annoying. Even using the same brand of K-cups repeatedly, the brewer would poll the internet and come up with settings that were inferior to what I use. Disconnecting Wi-Fi stopped the retrieval of bad settings, but there was still an annoying delay before the brewer would initialize. Thankfully, that brewer quit so I could justify replacing it. This version of the brewer starts up quickly and brews excellent coffee I also like that it has 3 separate preset buttons instead of needing to scroll through the list like the Smart version.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I am disappointed in this Keurig because I have to turn it on every time I want a cup of coffee; keep setting the strength and temperature. The large Keurig I had over 12 years ago stopped working I was able to schedule an on and off time.
