Next Generation in every way

Seems like I've used a Keurig forever, but actually been 14 years, two different models. Despite what seem a lot of burbs & hiccups with these latest, "multi-stream" design, I was eager to see what Keurig engineers had learned. Has been working perfectly so far (1 week) but have read of many flaming out after a month. Since my last machine (B60 Special Edition) still working fine after 7 years, I have hopes for this newest generation to last equally well. But back to what the engineers have learned: Pull open lever and pop in a pod. Machine will automatically turn itself on. Hit your user preference (for strength, temp and size) and then hit brew. Almost immediately there is coffee brewing into the mug. No warmup wait, no loud noises, no steaming and hissing sounds. Just magic. Hot coffee, Quick and quiet. Wow. Nice work. This generation is also a huge design departure as well, being far more sleek, minimal, elegant and just plain less bulky on the counter. All in all I am very pleased with my new Keurig "multi-stream" machine.

Far exceeds expectations

This new Keurig unit produces a great cup of coffee. Both my wife and I love the fullness of the coffee that this unit gets from a Keurig cup. We love the brewing flexibility as well - we each have our own strength and temp settings. This new machine is so much better than the Cuisinart Kuerig machine that we had for 10 years.

My husband & I really like this machine. We have had many other Keurig coffee makers and think this may be the best. It’s very easy to use and makes a good cup of coffee. The only negative we have found is that the first 2 cups of coffee came out of the machine smoking hot. Since then not so much. They have been hot but not steaming hot, which is Wharton’s we like. We have been taking temperatures on the different settings and I don’t find much difference between the hottest and the least hottest. If you are going to offer 3 temperature settings I think there should be at least an 8 to 10 degree difference between the 3 settings. I will be calling customer service about this. Other than that this is a good coffee maker and very nice looking too.

We’ve had this unit a couple of weeks now. It does in fact make a much stronger cup of coffee than or other Keurig. If stronger coffee or tea is the objective then this is your coffee maker. Brew time is much longer than previous maker and cup size is less that ounces say it will be. But as far as cup quantity, 8oz can be 6 or less as determined by the maker itself! It appears to be random. The maker never achieves a specific setting.

This is my third Keurig. I keep upgrading. Best yet! Coffee is much stronger and hotter and I love the fact you don’t have to warm it up. Pop in the pod, hit the personal setting and done. Great machine!
