I am very pleased to have received my new K supreme Plus coffee maker. I will continue to buy from this company. They stood by their word. I called customer service b/c my coffee maker was not working right. They sent me a shipping label and I sent it back for them to figure out why it wasn't working right. They sent me a new coffee maker. I am a happy camper again. I have my coffee. I can't Thank you enough for the excellent customer service. Everyone was extremely nice and understanding. : )
BOO, my 10 month old Keurig stopped working! Stuff happens…but I hadn’t yet had my morning coffee. YEAH, Keurig honored its 1-year replacement warranty and rushed a new one to me! The process was easy with my original receipt.
This has features I like. I can at the touch of a button change the strength plus the temperature (my wife likes her coffee not too hot and medium strong ; I’m the opposite strong and hot. Also, the reservoir last three days before filling.
Not sure what is going on with this company. Had five coffee makers burn up within 15 months. They are junk. They replace but fail in short period of time. I have no faith in replacement model. They used to be a good product but not no more.
Excellent choice and many options, like the 3 separate users or choices you can program and select, has a over ice button i like. And the strong and temp controls are great, note that the temperature from regular to high dont see much then a couple degres 4 or 5 degree hoter but if yiu just throw your coffee cup in the microwave and then use it its going to be really hot, like be carful, i love the unit and all the different recipes
I would recommend this to a friend!
