Better looking design but still same quality as very first one. Every keurig has a lifespan of 12-14 months then it’s trash. Luckily this last replacement had a month left of warranty. They’re good for convenience but not for quality.
We've had this product for a number of years. We like the way it looks and that it doesn't take up a lot of counter space. We like the fact that you can customize three different cups of coffee for strength, temperature and size. However, it does take longer to brew and it seems it lasts about a year before you have to have a replacement. But, I would definitely keep getting the same maker.
I enjoy the versatility of this coffee maker but don’t like the durability of it we are gone for about 5 months and when we return I follow the instructions to start using again and it fails to work. Keurig service department has been great in solving my problems and replacing this product
